In over 20 working years of experience, I have significantly improved business sales, working capital enhancement, cut and controlled costs, streamlined processes as well as managed companies’ finances. My background and knowledge has empowered me to confidently appraise businesses and suggest value added solutions. I have successful executed strategies and plans. And have directly aligned processes and performance measures to business mission and vision. I recently worked with owners, CEO and board members of four UK companies to prepare and present a comprehensive business plan for investment funding. I monetized their visions, objectives, products/services, strategy, markets, operations etc. I created financial models which capture their business assumptions and reflect their short and long term plan and profitability.
