• Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and internal teams, to gather and document detailed requirements for the product; Analyze these requirements to ensure they are comprehensive, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
• Create clear, concise, and well-structured requirement documents, such as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications, is a core task. These documents serve as a foundation for development and guide the entire team.
• Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders; Facilitate discussions, conduct workshops, and present complex technical concepts in a understandable manner.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to contribute to the design of solutions that meet business needs. Also provide insights into user experience, functionality, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that the developed product meets the defined requirements; Also assist in creating test cases and validating results.
• UAT coordination and testing, where end-users validate that the product meets their needs before deployment.
• If the product involves data-driven decisions, perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform feature decisions and improvements.
• Help prioritize feature development by assessing business value, risks, and technical complexity.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most important features are addressed first.
• Solves organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements, recommending system solutions, and acting as a liaison between the company, clients, and platform users.
• Taking existing data from a separate document and inputting it into Excel.
• Leads front end teams to align existing systems and processes to updated/new systems.
• Drives process improvements through seeking out and identifying opportunities, business process definition and system alignment.
• Translates business requirements into system definitions and solutions.
• Acts as a liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff, typically including offshore staff.
• Resolves system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly.
• Documents business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, and project status. Ex: SharePoint, Confluence, User story.
• May lead an implementation team. Mentors and advises less experienced Business Systems Analysts, monitoring project status.
• Systems, software, and platform integration support.
• Daily reporting of database executions failed tests, and database migration.
• Assists with stand-alone banking teams, customer support and the OCR data entry team to provide necessary training and resolutions for mortgage documentation and invoice matters.
