- Business Analyst with experience of around 6 years in various engagements including Business Process Management, Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Sales Operations and Programme Management - Knowledge of software development concepts, practices, and procedures. - Good domain knowledge of UK Business, Commercial, Corporate Banking - Good domain knowledge of Cash logistics, Payment channels, e-banking and mobile banking - Ability to identify, prioritize & define functional and non-functional requirements - Experience in UI prototyping, data visualization, and analytics. - Ability to create Business plans, forecast business trends, and anticipate business changes in advance - Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team, including pro-active collaboration and input-seeking; ability to work virtually in a globally distributed environment. - Experience in Agile methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
