My strengths are in helping with the discovery, configuration, design, testing, implementation and continuous improvement of standardized Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-related policies, processes and software systems, mainly specialized in Salesforce.com. I have am able to partner with the business, management, and information technology teams to develop standard business processes and systems to increase sales, improve profit and enhance customer satisfaction. I can manage, innovate and implement solutions to enhance systems functionality driving sales by analyzing business requirements and transferring them to technical specifications for Salesforce and configure the system to meet the needs of the business and help train users on the Salesforce system. I am working towards my Salesforce Admin Certification but have worked with Salesforce for 6 years implementing the system for two companies and deploying the global system worldwide to various different countries. I am able to look at the processes in place and analyze how effective they are or if improvements can be made and offer suggestions.
