• Business analyst, technical writer, content creator, compiler and creator of books, newsletters, policy manuals, marketing materials, web content and computer based training programs. • Experience writing User Stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRD’s), Functional, System Requirements specifications, RFP’s, Design specifications and User Guides. • Develop and maintain business process documentations that will be used as reference for preparing business use cases, test cases, training documents, etc. • Responsible for helping create, Web page design, Wireframes and Mockups, Use cases, Prototypes, Flowcharts, and stakeholder workshops. Liaise with QA team. • Create and edit online help, articles, newsletters, books, and technical papers. • Design and develop Computer Based Training (CBT) programs. Introduce, develop, and design E-learning and distance learning programs and multi-media learning center and library. • Create course guidelines, structures, lesson plans and content for various classes. • Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals. Web-based course design including video, audio, graphics, and text. • Upload document, audios and videos to Moodle. Create users, grant admin privileges to teachers, create tests and assessments and run reports.
