1) Independently manage BA (End to End) activities for multiple projects. Works with business and delivery teams to understand Business needs, develop and evaluate business objectives and documentation of business cases. · 

2) Facilitates meetings with the business stakeholders in gathering & analyzing business requirements & walkthroughs. · It involves working with the business team in gathering the requirements & documents inline of Hybrid Agile methodology. It includes identification of high level business needs, Preparation of System Requirement docs (SRS), Functional requirement docs (FRD). · 

3) Good Exposure of working on draw.io and use cases. · Coordinate with the design team to make sure the UI matches the requirements & walkthrough with the client for design sign-off. · 

4) Work with architects/development team to capture the middleware Interface level requirements. · Reviews development estimates from development teams and actively seeks clarification/ verification, as appropriate. ·

5) Performed project analysis including Impact Analysis, GAP Analysis and underwent feasibility analysis against requirements. ·

6) Participate in the UAT testing, produce the Defect Report to share with the senior project management team
