Having always been in the analyst space, Sekete’s roles have evolved to include experience gained in the traditional end to end business analysis, including project management within financial services. Currently a digital analyst with product management responsibilities, his current key focus is the build and development of the online platform that seeks to surface the wholesale banking value proposition through a single access platform for clients and staff. Prior to this, his role as business analyst with PM duties within operations, saw him working closely with multiple stakeholders across key business functions as well as group business transformation office, for regulatory projects. He is a scaled Agile framework advocate with a specific focus on managing change that aims to optimise processes, people performance and systems. He is currently exploring programming and software development primarily in data science and digital innovation which he believes will complement his BA and PM skillset. He is highly motivational, customer centric and dynamic with a primary focus of adding value to the organisation. He has a strong analytical personality, is concise and accurate and is able to make favourable decisions. A team orientated professional who is focused on the deliverables, he thrives on identifying business challenges and developing innovative solutions geared towards profitability.
