I can provide in-depth business and process analysis including documentation as User Stories, Use Cases or specifications. I am very experienced with creating different process flows, including process charts, swim lanes, RACI Matrixes and MindMaps. I believe that active listening is an important skill for this work, but also knowing when to ask questions, and which questions to ask. I rarely make assumptions, and will make sure the client's team agrees with the documentation prior to approval.
In addition, I am a skilled SharePoint (and other document management systems) administrator, and know how to optimize the document management system to meet the clients' culture.
