Owner and lead coach of Ars-Ducendi, (ARS) that works with organizations in the planning, creation, launch, growth and profitability of projects ranging from hiring and interviewing, BI SaaS analysis solution implementations, to launching various new applications. Responsible for the internal design and on-boarding of key resources such as CRM, dashboards, and other support applications including programs and policies for HR, sales, marketing and engineering. Interview key personnel and analyze various data for market sustainability of new services in new and existing markets. Create the internal metrics and development for the executive team down to the departmental hiring and training protocols. Prioritizing and on-boarding significant tools, resources and systems to align the established vision and goal for proper management of organizational projects and driving revenue. Develop and implement metrically driven priorities, accountability, culture, core values and performance indicators per the mission and vision of clients.
