I am Building on my previous experience of over 22 years optimizing global IT pricing and service delivery models throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. I focusing on transforming healthcare delivery both in the US and globally. I am targeting technology and process improvements to increase patient and doctor outcomes while driving efficiencies of 50% - 70% over current expenditures. While I am focusing on healthcare, these same trends are true for other industries with a lesser degree of savings (30% - 50%). My experience has provided a strong ability to organize complex data sets for effective decision making in many contexts. Most recently, I managed the ProBenchmark SaaS platform, which provides market price comparisons for buyers and consumers of IT services. Throughout most of my career, I has enabled IT service providers to deliver optimal value to Fortune 1000 companies with benchmarking data to verify market competitiveness. Over the past 20 years, this market has moved from a build your own culture to service level based consumption. I believes, all industries must follow a similar roadmap for the future to do business in the current digital marketing age. I have spoken at numerous conferences and published industry leading research at IDC, META/Gartner Group, and Alsbridge. His research has covered market pricing and service rankings. Having consulted with literally hundreds of companies around the world gives me a unique, broad global understanding of economics and service delivery.
