Gather and analyze customer’s business and technical requirements; Develop a non-technical detailed design of software being implemented; Design structured analysis documents (data flows, data marts, reports, etc); Design, discuss, summarize and conform intra-system and inter-system integration requirements; Analyze and develop business-process models (eEPC, IDEF, UML); Assess “as is” state of the systems, structurize customer requirements, identify core issues; Lead consulting team (coaching, motivation, hiring).
