Having delivered multiple IT solutions, cutting across industries and business functions, I am well poised for analyzing any business domain and its problems, conceptualizing the IT solutions and driving the Requirement Elicitation and Elaboration phase. I will help in assessing business pain points and use cases that can be addressed by specific IT platforms. In the context of those use cases and business capabilities, I will define the roadmap for the adoption of the technology platform.As a followup step, I will analyze the As Is state of the business processes, spot the gaps or areas of improvement and in layout the To Be state. During the solution implementation phases, I would follow the below structured approach: a) Capture the Business Drivers that will get addressed though the IT solution.These in turn would be based on the key pain points and the processes or activities that the client would like to improve or automate. b) Define the scope of work , estimate the effort required and proposing suitable timelines to the clients. c) Conduct Proof of Concept exercises on an ongoing basis throughout the solution implementation. d) Define the process landscape and detail out the processes that would be enabled through the solution. This would include documenting the Business Requirements, use cases, As Is / To be process models and the System Requirements.These deliverable will become an entry criteria for the subsequent phases of the SDLC. e) Identify process metrics to assess the level of optimization in the processes. f) Transfer knowledge to the implementation team on a continous basis. g) Help the testing team to create the test cases by providing them with relevant information on the processes and the test data. h) Report the progress report to the concerned stakeholders
