I act as an authentic sounding board, supporting the coaching process in an enjoyable and purposeful manner. I am passionate about my work and intentional about collaborating with participants so that they may hear themselves in a safe environment. I support participants with opportunities to raise awareness around their unique leadership style and build their confidence to explore new leadership approaches by evaluating their environment from different lenses. Finally, my coaching style is one of participant empowerment, fostering heightened appreciation for new ways to meet everyday challenges.
