Consultant, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Support from Ideation to Scaleup
I am a consultant who specializes in helping diverse founders navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship by offering individualized business consulting & coaching services that support entrepreneurial activities from ideation to scaleup. Services are designed to support individuals and/or founding teams in the pre-launch to scaleup stages and entrepreneurial support organizations that seek assistance delivering business education, technical assistance, and coaching and/or mentoring services to its network of supported entrepreneurs.
I value the individual needs of every client. Thus, all services are designed and delivered to meet YOUR UNIQUE needs. Baseline services are listed below:
► Startup & Small Business Technical Assistance – (e.g., business planning basics, capital connections, resource curation, pitch development & practice, network connections, etc.)
► Business Coaching & Mentoring – individual and group support is available. Sessions are designed to meet the entrepreneur(s) where they are and create an action plan from there to maximize success.
► Business Education – Education for understanding business basics concepts via workshops, one-on-one counseling, and/or participation as a speaker or moderate at entrepreneurship and small business-centered programs and special events.
► Consulting – Provide advice or service support with business challenges to promote smooth operations, healthy growth, and longevity.
► Special projects – entrepreneurship and small business support activities (e.g., entrepreneurship program development, management, and evaluation, operations, logistics, & administrative support, market research, etc.)
