Over 4 years in business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting including extensive experience maintaining documentation and changes to the SharePoint site keeping teams informed about project updates and status ? Currently at Sears involved in the enhancement of Sears Home Services applications including; tool asset management applications and systems, and service portal; Involving application development, web services, databases, servers, asset management software, calibration software, mobile platforms, customer portals, reporting and analytics ? Over a year of experience working with ServiceNow as well as actively being involved with SCRUM sprint planning and review sessions as well as backlog grooming, UATs, and daily stand ups ? Proficient experience initiating and defining project scope by conducting several joint sessions to reflect the goals and objectives of the to-be system ? Strong experience documenting and eliciting business requirements, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria that convey a more detailed understanding of project deliverables ? Good experience grooming backlog of clearly defined and prioritized user stories with the Product Owner in JIRA ? Drive end-to-end change management from initiation to acceptance presenting high risk changes to Change Management Board, requirements communication, execution managing domestic and offshore teams, and closing with UAT and approval ?
