Virtual assistant needs for establishing new businesses and routine business operations.
My knowledge and hands on experience derives from my previous simultaneous role of operations manager, human resource/benefit administrator and accounting specialist of 6 years with a multi-million dollar management company based in Texas. With the uprise of new business owners, I wish to provide any short term or long term assistance in aiding you with tools necessary to confidently conduce your role as a business owner in the most successful way possible.
Startup business procedures such as but not limited to:
• Acquiring state and federal business licensing such as - EIN, excise, use and sales tax, building/occupational/health permits.
• Implementation of lawful and concise business practices
• Proper managing of federal required corporate documentation
• Creating business domain and website
• Establishing marketing strategies and routines
Establishing internal company documents and collateral such as:
• Business proposals, business plans
• Internal human resource documents i.e. employee handbooks, employee agreements, HR documents, timesheets, expense report templates
• Company branded documents, logos and slogans
Create and/or manage in routine administrative business procedures such as:
• Annual/quarterly state reporting and payment of franchise and sales tax
• Accounts payable and receivable duties
• Establish electronic filing system of business corporate documents, customer and vendor files, 1099’s, W-9’s ect.
• Scheduling business meetings, travel and lodging
• Establishing business credit accounts with vendors
