-Global Lead Generation. -Hunting P&L decision-Makers. -Cold calls and emails. -Identifying relevant sales leads and companies, and Database Building. -Compiling detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities. -Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development. -Conducting complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities. -Investigating existing products and services and compare them with competitors. -Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders -Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.) -Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes -Formulating recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities, and limitations forming a concise report. -Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies. -Partner with the executive management team to assess and improve current business processes. -Working closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service. -Crafting short and long-term, actionable plans in consultation with the Directors.
