I am working as a Business Development Manager in an emerging firm "Acura Consulting Pvt ltd" (India and USA based).We deal with 'BPO','Analytics','IT Solutions'.We aim at providing tangible business solutions to our clients in order to enhance their customer outreach. We provide services like lead generations, appointment setting,data mining,data base management,market research,analysis on market trends,inbound and outbound services. Acura can also go for live chat processes on the behalf of our clients if they want us to do. In a nutshell , we aim to satisfy our clients in the best possible manner by taking up responsibilities regardless of any services.We consider quality of work an contentment of clients as something predominant.
