Ojas Oracle IdM expertise and capabilities – The founder of Ojas – Mr. Arun Kumar Alampally has 15+ years of experience in Oracle Identity Management Services (OIM, OAM, OID, OES). Prior to Ojas, he worked with BMC Software, Satyam Computers, Ness Technologies (M&T Bank, USA) in Oracle IdM Areas. Arun leads the team of 30 Oracle IdM Resources as IdM CoE Head. In last 3 years, we’ve helped many customers in IdM Implementation, Customization and Support. Our customers in this space include, but not limited to, Cognizant Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, Reliance Jio (Telecom Service Provider) (We are serving this customer as a Tier 2 Vendor thru Happiest Minds), Persistent Systems and Ness Technologies. Our Oracle IdM Resources are with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers/Electronics/BCA/MCA background and experienced in Java Programming, which is crucial in understanding the system as a whole. They are capable of developing Custom connectors, writing Schedulers and Adapters etc, which requires Java Programming experience.
