Tata is a diplomat, graduate from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) and Ca Foscari University of Venise Italy in International Relations, plus an MBA in Entrepreneurship from National Institute of Business Management from India. Tata has over 6 years of experience working with top international organisations and development agencies in designing projects and programs to improve the economic development and living conditions of people in Cameroon. He has consulted and managed structural projects in Cameroon in the domains Health, IT and economic development. Before his MBA, he started his own start company “Precision Consulting” which provides IT and engineering services and he led the development of the platform called “Kingkah”, a social media platform which facilitates online event communication and management. Tata uses his experience to bring solutions when dealing with African governments, involving and integrating stakeholders in projects and leveraging his negotiation and business development skills to start-up and advance new projects with governments and other partners. He also works with community think tanks and youth associations by brainstorming and initiating projects to improve living conditions of the people. He delivers presentations in youth workshops and seminars on career orientation, entrepreneurship and project management of which over 5000 youths have benefited from this already. He is best effective in high pressure, politically inclined situations and fast-paced environments and is a problem solver that always get issues on the move and meets results. Tata focuses on initiating new projects from feasibility studies to implementation, stakeholder management, entrepreneurship and SME development, strategies of breaking to local markets and fostering innovative local solutions which drive employment and growth.
