I’m a sociologist passionate about creating and promoting mechanisms that allow a better adaptation of organizations to their environment and, therefore, from a profitable and growing business, contribute solidly to community development.
I have a master's degree in business administration, as well as a postgraduate degree in marketing, and I have specialized in innovation and cultural change in organizations. Curious passionate from a very young age, I am inspired by those stories that connect creativity with science and technology, and with a deep humanistic sense of the whole environment, resulting in qualitative leaps in human development.
I have accumulated a +20-year experience and professional career, leading commercial teams of large national and multinational companies, with strong competencies developed in strategic business planning, operational implementation, negotiation, capabilities development, customer-centered innovation and work team leadership for several channels and formats of commercialization in different Latin American markets.
I’m currently co-founder and executive partner of Salesciology ©, a consulting company developed together with a group of great professionals and friends in order to help organizations design and implement a value proposition that reflects an optimal adaptation to the context in who decide to operate.
