I am a skilled educator, manager and mentor with qualifications in Education and Sociology who has the capacity to mentor staff and clients. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and I am able to communicate both internally and externally to promote an organisation and foster links in the community to further develop an organisations core message. In the past I have utilised my ability to grow the capacity of an organisation, I coordinated staff and volunteers in the identification and assessment of organisational needs, monitored and continually developed clear, concise and targeted strategies which were implemented through; strong project management and the oversight of defined roles, both new and existing in an organisation.
