I was co-founder of the Venture Capital Group for a large Canadian bank. I helped one Canadian company grow from being an unfunded start-up to being sold for $23M (to Microsoft). I was responsible for conceiving, structuring, and initiating the creation of the largest Windows software development web site in the world. I teach Project Finance part time at a leading Canadian University. I was contributing author to a financial textbook for Certified Financial Planners. I have lectured, written, and practiced in the area of small business growth and finance for over 20 years.
