Main Responsibilities - Reports to the CEO on a daily basis on the over-all status of the team's performance. - Responsible for the development of qualified leads for the team. - Responsible for assisting in online marketing as well as Social Media updates to assist in the generation of Inbound sales leads and opportunities. - Provides intensive training and assistance to bottom agents and trainees - Motivates and inspires team members. Keeps the team together and communicates agent's concerns and request. - Finds ways and means to maintain/achieve/reach the targeted quota of the whole group on daily basis. - Updates the team with reports, stats and new rules and regulations initiated by the company. - Planning marketing campaigns, designing research projects and evaluate the ROI of the campaign - Providing an analysis on all sales activities and marketing campaigns - Perform a market research and evaluate market penetration - Formulates a marketing plan that focuses on improving sales and gaining advantage over competitors. - Conducting market research for determining brand perceptions, understanding customer needs, evaluating market penetration, analyzing competitors. - Managing market segmentation, positioning exercises, targeting as required. - Performing customer satisfaction survey annually and compiling results report. - Building marketing dashboards, which visualizes fundamental performance indicators. - Completing competitive analysis for maintaining the company competitor advantages. - Integrating market research information with the company system to develop new leads.
