My work background includes 20 years of management consulting experience to entrepreneurs, government, and nonprofit organizations after earning my MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California in 1989. I have researched, written, and edited hundreds of business plans over the past 20 years. I have started and/or been the general manager or Chief Operating Officer of 6 small businesses several of which were grown into $2-10 million dollar per year businesses. I personally have consulted over 1000 company owners, trained over 600 adult entrepreneurs and financed over 100 companies with loans ranging from $2,500 to $700,000. I am a certified solutions provider with Virtual CEO's Organizational and Leadership Assessment tools (used primarily to gather employee and management data from large-scale organizations and benchmark the findings against best practices), which are useful in strategic planning assignments.
