I have been in the consulting business for over 14 years.  First, I was a client working in project teams with hired consultants for over 7 years.  This gave me the experience to deal with projects that actually delivered on the goals of my employer while keeping a good working relationship with the consultants.  Now, on my own, I can easily "connect" with my clients since I understand better their needs after having been "on their side" for years.  I fully understand that even though the consultants are savvy in the technical aspects of a project, some fail because the human aspect of the relationship client-consultant is not appropriately handled.  I have the advantage of knowing both worlds of consulting, and thus, I can better serve you.
