I am a licensed master's level therapist, and enjoy applying my therapeutic skills to the organization, whether it be by offering workshops on various topics, including "Stress Management" "Difficult People Made Easy" "Thriving in Corporate Change" "Rational Thinking on the Job" "Effective Interpersonal Communication" or by "Troubleshootng for Troubled Employees" and "Executive Coaching." Whether the intervention is individual or group, my background in the mental health field that includes years in Employee Assistance is geared towards helping individuals gain insight into self and others. My goals also include facilitating growth and personal effectiveness which in turn leads to higher morale at work, increased effectiveness on the job, and a more rational and healthier work environment. My therapeutic intervention is tailored to the needs of the organization.
