My education is in business administration, HR management, and Leadership.  I am halfway through my DBA and currently hold a Masters in HR management and leadership.  I have extensive background in accounting, record keeping, claims, OSHA logs, MSHA logs, income auditor, AP, AR, Payroll, HR, Hiring and recruiting, development and training, and so forth. 

Research is a strength for me.  I have multiple resources and networks that keep me up to date on the latest trends.  I am computer savvy as well as know how to train and teach others how to use software programs and apps.
