In running the various departments at large multi-national and national corporations, I am fully aware of the pressures related to operations and the critical influences that it has on the business outcome (including bottom line). From my career as professional project manager, where I have successfully implemented large projects for many national corporations, I have learned in the ever-changing business environment that being agile and able to adapt is key for any business to thrive and outperform market competitors.
I have experience in working within a unionized environment and have been directly involved in business restructures. I view my greatest strength as my ability to manage personnel through the use of my relationships with them.
