I engage in the managing and organizing of work in an office and also engage other employees in team work.Antony is also all rounded in the field work that ensures corperation of workers and the smooth running of the business.I also engage in planning of the workshops for helping other employeees to improve on their skills and hence also engage them in the usage of computers for them to be able to access information from other bigger companies.I also offer them counselling for the sake of them to have the knowldge of staying positive.Iam also an entrepreneur who has a wide range of skills.
