I served for three years as the sole source writer for business plans for Transcendence Consulting clients, with over 700 plans completed to client standards in a variety of industries, including retail, real estate, restaurants, manufacturing, and a host of niche businesses. Working closely with the client, I assess the client's goals and what he hopes to achieve with his plan, whether his company is a start-up or an established business seeking new investment capital. The process includes mapping out growth plans, strategic steps to ensure investor confidence in the client's plans and sound operations. For an additional fee, I prepare presentations for client's use in investor meetings, charting out step-by-step the requirements for staffing, sales, marketing, and business development--all geared to respond to the questions and concerns of potential investors.
