Business plans are documents that typically contain vast information and data. The aim of my service is to actualise this in a manner that befits your specific requirements. To provide an insightful and research-supported business plan, I tend to apply the following phases of work protocol.
- Undergoing preliminary and foundational research
- Contrasting the findings of the acquired research with the client's real-time objectives/requirements
- Concocting a potential business plan by exploring all relevant themes, such as core strategy, management modelling, financials, and competitor analysis. I may deploy analytical business tools/techniques that explore external business environments, such as the SWOT and PESTLE matrices (subject to the nature of the requested business plan by the client)
- Communicating the results of the business plan with the client, and inform them of any form of detected discrepancies in the business plan
- Concluding the business plan with personal recommendations/suggestions. This is to solidify all acquired data to potentially achieving the most successful outcomes for the client
- Presenting the final completed work with the client. Please note that I will be open to making amendments in the business plan throughout the project, should the client require this of me.
