My strengths lie within the processes of getting from that proverbial Point A to Point Z, cutting through as much red tape as possible, yet maintaining a high functionality with regard to operations, and keeping intact a verifiable audit trail for accounting, management, and overall back office integrity. So many times I have found managers (yes even strong business owners and leaders) get too caught up in task management. The desired goal, once defined and recognized, should create the mission (and not the other way around). My methodical processes invoke the needed tasks, delete the unneeded ones, and streamline the entire event or sequence of events. If only the US government could think along these lines.
