I work with talented entrepreneurs, small businesses, and emerging growth companies to help them take advantage of substantial market opportunities by developing sound and workable finance plans for their business plan. I also built up my own start-up in the ecommerce area and sold it twice. My professional involvement goes way beyond just putting my clients’ thoughts on paper; hence, I expect my clients to actively participate in this important process. Besides stepping in as an external resource and sounding board, I try to add value to my clients' projects by helping them fine-tune their vision and business objectives, manage proof-of-concept activities, and understand customers and targeted marketplaces more clearly. In addition, I also often provide tactical support to assemble qualified management teams and address issues in connection with the new venture’s capital structure.
