Lane is a very strategic thinker and is very good at clearly articulating his thoughts. He has the ability to "get concepts" very easily. At this point I have worked with Lane more on strategy than execution, and I have been very pleased with his work, timeliness, and style. We are now moving into the exectution phase of a plan. I have no indication that I will not see the same level of commitment (and results) from him in this next phase of our working relationship.
