Mr. Marshall holds years experience in the fields of public policy, community and economic development, grantmaking, international development, public health, local government policy implementation, and nonprofit and philanthropic administration. In particular his work has focused on capacity building of community based organizations, human rights policy, gender and development in public health, and project analysis and evaluation. He has experience using wide range of Microsoft Office and other desktop publishing, graphical, and statistical software including Access, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and SPSS.
