Uniquely skilled in developing new, innovative programs and identifying the funding sources necessary to successfully execute deliverables. Over the past decade I have started or played a key leadership role in the formation and growth of many community development programs focused on entrepreneurship. These programs ranged from assisting seasoned executives in entering the startup community to guiding middle school through college students in creating ideas and business plans. Key skills include: Lean Startup, Technology Commercialization, Economic Development, Public-Private Partnerships, Investment Capital, and Business Incubation and Acceleration. Through these programs I have either helped or directly influenced fund raising activities accumulating to millions of dollars. Each program had six-figure annual budgets and clients benefited from key relationships to raise millions. Every opportunity had unique needs and required an innovative approach to achieve objectives. A common factor being significant attention to community engagement. These activities include designing and executing marketing plans, speaking to countless community organizations and students as well as developing and executing events. These programs engaged people through social media, print media, web tools, and in person either one-on-one or in hundreds. Each initiative came in under budget and exceeded expectations.
