All clients are unique, so I facilitate integrating ISO 9001 into your business processes, by doumenting your business processes as they are, then filling in the gaps to meet all the requirements. This makes most implementations fast and does not disrupt cuurent business processes. I hold five American Society for Quality Certifications, including Certified Manager of Quality/ Organizational Excellence. I was honored to serve as the Certification Board Exam Chair for this certification in 2006 through 2008. I also served on the Board of the ASQ Quality Management Division as Vice Chair of Operations in 2007 to 2008.
