I created policies, procedures, user manuals, security clearance levels. I had the opportunity to direct some very talented and highly intelligent employees. I made sure that the manager of data integration was directing her people using the latest corporate policies and also made sure that she consistently made an effort to keep them enthralled in the work. I was able to witness some amazing people grow, not just in their positions, they also matured into hard working and results driven enthusiasts as they pushed harder each day to learn more and make a larger impact for the organization. Watching my procedures and policies work exactly the way that I envisioned in my mind was one of the most rewarding experiences in my life.
