a. Setting business and management objectives, vision, mission and strategy b. Evaluating existing business processes and identifying areas of improvement and modification which caters to the needs of business. c. Understand the processes in depth through interviews, walkthroughs & questionnaire and identify improvement opportunities. d. Discuss the opportunities with the management and provide with detailed recommendations on each of the opportunities with estimated value addition. e. Obtain go ahead of the management on suggested recommendations. f. Prepare and circulate to-be standard operating procedures for employees and management to understand future course. g. Impart necessary training and workshops on the new processes h. Address concerns wherever arising and revise the processes.
