I balance keen insight on objectives and priorities with an unrelenting focus on delivering business results.

Wholeheartedly believe it's the people involved in an organization that determines the company's achievements or failures. Have acquired the ability to identify the detractors and their concerns. I contemplate how to take the energy put into resistance/dissension and channel it into something positive. If that approach fails, an exit strategy for the individual would need to be devised to prevent disgruntled contagion.

I've always had a propensity for learning - especially learning from mistakes, and have worked to turn unanticipated situations into positive results.

With the responsibility of managing a business and making sure it succeeds, I routinely study data and factors like the economy and competing businesses to forecast what my company could have to contend with in the future, then plan accordingly. 

My work ethic is such I must constantly be producing results. This platform will allow me to share my expertise with others.
