We collaborate with management and your business team to solve complex technical issues. This lends itself to my understanding that often complex technical require non technical explanations. Providing guidance and act as mentor to front line staff on issues both small and large. Troubleshoot issues involving common web applications (Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, etc.) and issues involving a variety of systems including: Site Analytics, SEO, MX/DNS set-ups, CRMs, CMS, MySQL, cPanel, and others. Identify potential issues and provide a constant feedback loop to your team. Extremely tech savvy, competent and deadline driven, with an extroverted sense of people skills to boot!
