The service I am providing, is a fully functional schedule/Rota. It has space for up to 50 staff members. It will not only log all your business's scheduled hours but also all the missing hours such as sickness, holidays, unpaid leave, overtime and so on. All the various hours (working hours, sickness etc) are all tracked at an individual staff member level as well as grand totals, then stored on separate tabs making the reporting to payroll easy and simple come the end of any month. Built using Google docs it can be edited by anyone (provided access), anywhere. No need for an office license and does not put any strain on your computers' processing power. Not only that but it also self-publishes key numbers via a link. Backups are made with every change, so if you made a mistake, little or large, no stress! There is also space for a forecast so that you can look at any given day and discover how well your shift rotations are compared to that forecast. A simplified view is automatically produced so that you can simply publish to an internal intranet, or print out if you prefer so that your staff may have a copy. On any given day, your shift rotations are also displayed like a "visual map", making it very simple to see where any holes are in your staff numbers. A dashboard is also provided highlighting all the key numbers as well as simple staff lists highlighting who is working, and who isn't, and why. The dashboard is updated every 5 minutes provided there has been a change. This dashboard can be viewed anywhere. Within the business, on phone, tablet, at home etc. Features... Some points...
