AON Hewitt ( January,2013 to December,2013 ) Worked as Business Op's Administrator (SME) for US Healthcare automaker, where I was assigned to Retirement, Survivor & VEBA project of the client. 1. Main responsibilities were to keep rigorous check on various Insurance products in terms of coverage's, deductions/billing & various indicators related to them. To keep check on more than 1 lakhs ( approx.) participant’s for their correct processing through : 1a. Workflows: which are escalated case-based for individual accounts from customer service, client Or any other stakeholder. 1b. Queries (SQL-based): By keeping regular check on more than 35 queries intended to pick -up anomalies in employees. 4. Low - risk query were assigned to different teams, and to get reporting form them for same. 5. To tweak old queries, Or to create new one's according to changes in requirement. Or if new defects are found. 6. To take help of technical team if mass updating is needed. 7. Found out about $ 200,000 USD billing was pending for 20 participants from last 3-4 years, which could have accentuated to lot more. 8. Created 4 more queries and amended 15 older ones to pick right individual. 9. Used and learnt about how to navigate TBA (GUI/CRM), ATE (advanced table editor). 10.
