30$ for black and white manga, comic format, (max 7 panels per page)
7$ each panel in black and white webtoon format
15$ for each panel in full-colored webtoon format
it's always better if you already have a script, character design, and the concept of the story, but if you don't we will help you create it and we'll separate the charge for this process from the page/panel rate above and categorize it in the development process.
