Here CDR is up loaded to RDBMS & through the Application Interface requests are serviced. The application has certain Business rules to process as per the client needs & to provide some additional futures as required. There will be option to set the billing cycle so that automated bills are generated through scheduler. The out put applications are responsible for generating the Bills. Entire Software Application is in C++ with which I have worked.
