We create parts definitions and component assemblies in the form of 2D cross sections, 3D models, hand sketches, and basic tolerance stack-ups: all in various electronic data formats in order to support production, manufacturing, assembly, tooling, and inspection. Our production of fresh, original, and creative designs depends upon our innovative thinking, strong working knowledge of dimensioning and tolerances as related to individual parts and overall assemblies (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing [GD&T], ASME Y14.5M – 1994), and strong understanding of mathematics involved in all aspects of design and modeling of mechanical components. We employ 2D & 3D design software such as Autocad, Autodesk Inventor (current versions 2014 -2015), FEA softwares, Photoshop, and Corel Draw. Programs such as Solid Works and Pro E. software may be utilized as well
