I am a graduate from California State University Chico in mechanical engineering.I'm proficient in Microsoft office, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and am familiar with Microsoft Project. I had the opportunity to work as a draftsman at Weiss McNair manufacturing which specializes in agricultural nut harvesting equipment. I was able to get hands on experience converting AutoCAD drawings and hand sketches to 3D SolidWorks models and generate updated part drawings. I was also able to reverse engineer parts in SolidWorks that were not yet in the system. I had the opportunity to work on two side projects while in school, first was creating SolidWorks models of a kiosk stand that was to be made of stainless steel sheet metal. The second project was creating a working set of drawings for a client that was building a portable ride on motorcycle stand.
