I have experience in CAD design in both Solidworks and Autodesk Fusion 360. While in college I assisted in the design of various projects using CAD software including, but not limited to, bicycles and 3D printers. I have previously worked as a product engineer in which I was tasked with managing hundreds of Solidworks CAD files. This included making changes to the files for engineers, special request orders, and for updating 2D drawing files. In addition to updating CAD files, I would also go in the field with other engineers to determine any design flaws, and to test new prototypes. Such experiences have given me valuable insight and various perspectives in how to approach a design request for CAD projects.
