* Own license and use PTC, ProEngineer/Creo for the last 25 years. * Design mechanical drive systems used in washing machines. * Create tolerance stacks and apply GD&T to parts and assemblies. * Design plastic parts, sheet metal parts and assemblies. * Own and operate 3d printer, Ultimaker Original +. * Design parts and create STL files for printing. * Design test fixtures and custom interface for IC chip testing equipment. * Write and illustrate operation and assembly manuals. * Obtain quotes, oversee assembly and expedite delivery to customer. * Develop processes, routings and cost for fabrication and assembly. * Design machining centers and automated assembly equipment. * Design and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * PLC programming and develop wiring schematics for machine controls.
